One of the best contacting experiences we've ever had. This crew is nothing short of amazing. They did an outstanding job, professionally and in half a day. Ripped off our old roof and replaced the new roof in half a day. I highly recommend High Grade- great job, extremely reasonable price and most of all, completely satisfied customers when all is done. Great job! I had windows and sliding doors installed. Carlos and his crew did great work! It looks great, they cleaned up after their work well, limited the time the house was exposed to the cold outside as much as possible. Wow. I was corresponding with Don the owner regarding a leak I found in my roof. Was asking questions regarding the materials used when the roof was installed over a decade ago and what size the ice and water shield is. Info not many homeowners would know. He wanted me to scan paperwork and he would review and all the while I have a roof issue. Final word from him was “ good luck”. Regardless of the response listed below I have water in my attic and was looking for help and got none. I didn’t need guidance I needed help getting it repaired. That help was not there.
