I’m writing this on behalf of services my grandmother received for a cleaning of her 700sqft. house. An estimate of $500 was given to clean the entirety of the home. Upon arrival after the cleaning, there were areas of the home that hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, drawers broken, and items thrown out that were explicitly told not to be. Per the photos below, you can see the warming drawer of the stove not cleaned, one of the drawers in the kitchen that is missing the inside holder, and the area behind the freezer in the sun room that wasn’t touched at all. In addition, there are window sills that were obviously not dusted which was included in the original estimate. My grandmother was told that she did not have to stay for the duration of the cleaning; that it would take roughly 3 hours.
