Joe is the best tech ever. As first time homeowners we quickly realized over a year ago that we had mice in our attic. We signed up for the annual program with quarterly checks and Joe has just been the best guy to work with. He's super thorough and explains everything he's doing and checking for on top of being incredibly friendly. He also comes with a ton of experience and does a great job.

I had a great experience with the technicians. They were pleasant, professional and very thorough. Aside from replacing traps, they also pointed out areas that mice could get in and made recommendations for what could be done. I followed their advise and so far so good. Very pleased!!

The exterminator did an outstanding job. Not only did he do a thorough job in finding 2 dead mice in the attic but he explained many things I could do to keep them out. We have had lots of snow and there is deep snow on the ground. He put on his boots and inspected the total outside of the house and even under the deck. He was easy to talk to and eager to do a great job. Not just a spray and new mouse traps. I look forward to his next visit.
