Dustin R. from High Priority Plumbing in Crestviw, Florida was absolutely amazing. I paid a premium price with another company through my home warranty for a brand-new water heater. The first company installed it improperly and left me with a leak. To make matters worse, they refused to make it right and the home warranty company was no help at all. High Priority Plumbing stepped in and truly saved the day. They worked with me and provided a fair price for a proper new install. Dustin and the team were incredibly conscientious — he even repositioned items that were difficult for me to reach (shut-off valve and drain pan facing the rear) and placed them conveniently in front. TONY F! My technician was great. He came out MondayNotified the problem got my insurance on the phone explained to them exactly what was going on And Tuesday I had a new hot water heater. Now as for my insurance company, which is American home shield for appliances. I feel like they could’ve paid a little bit more Considering what I pay a month.. but overall, the experience was great. The work look absolutely astonishing and I give mr TONY F all FIVES AND ABOVE !!!

My service technician, Mr Jimmy, was professional, considerate of my home (put shoes covers on when he came in ), he was personable, friendly and helpful. He quickly found the issue with my garage disposal and fixed it. A great overall experience! I am unsure of the price of service because I used my home warranty service, which requires a $100 trade fee.

My experience was Outstanding! My hot water tankless was not producing hot water. I called them right away. The Receptionist I wish I would have gotten her name was the sweetest kindest person and so helpful. She was able to give me in right away, same day appointment within the hour. Thank you so much! The Repair Technician arrived within 30 mins and found my problem within seconds! Wes was kind, friendly, courteous and very professional. Wes is the best!
