If I could give this repair shop 10 stars I would. I lost total pressure from my belt driven 3500psi power washer and what could have costed $600 dollars to repair the guys here were very honest and it simply turned out to be my regulator which was very reasonably priced I highly recommend them lots of dishonest shops these guys did not only a great job they got to it within a week in peak aeason

Doing business with HIGH PSI LTD was a nightmare . They tried to charge me for the work that was covered by manufacturer's warranty. Pressure washer manufacturer gave me their phone number to have them check the water pressure .NO WORK WAS NEEDED. After they confirmed that unit had a low pressure manufacturer accepted return. As a thanks to High PSI I have purchased a new pressure washer from them. I paid very high price for the machine that was low quality but I felt that other manufacturer was even worst. Few weeks after High PSI delivered new pressure washer they send me an invoice claiming that they did some work on the previous washer. It was very clear that manufacturer asked them just to measure a water pressure and that is exactly what they did. They claimed that they replaced som
