Higher Level Maids

We started using Higher Level Maids a few months ago and have been very impressed by their service. Terry does a great job coordinating the team and communicating their expected arrival times. She manages two teams for us, cleaning a condo and a single family home. They are always on time (often early) and it is so nice returning to a well cleaned home. We love Andrea as well. She takes the lead on our jobs and gives great guidance to her co-workers. We happily give them 5 stars and recommend you give them a try!

We have been using Higher Level Maids since 2019, before the pandemic. They were recommended to me through a number of neighbors and local families. Terry and her team are always exceptionally thorough, efficient, dependable and honest. Throughout the pandemic they have been safe, thoughtful and conscientious, even with my teenager and my partner working from home. I am grateful for all of their hard work and years of service. This awesome local family and business goes above and beyond, and I will happily recommend them to all in search of top notch cleaning service.

We began using Higher Level Maids about four months ago at the recommendation of a coworker. Over that time, service has been consistently excellent. TerryLevel, the owner, is very easy to work with, and her workers are meticulous. How they manage to make it seem that we do not have two large and heavy shedding dogs in our home is beyond me, but it is greatly appreciated. My wife is always happy to come home after Terry’s team has been here, and her service is highly recommended.

We’ve been using Higher Level Maids to clean our house for close to 3 years, and we’ve had an excellent experience. Terry is communicative - she responds quickly to texts and deals with feedback professionally. The cleaning service they provide is VERY thorough. They use vinegar to clean most areas, bleach for the bathroom (which I asked for and approve of). Through the pandemic they were always health and safety conscious, and have been flexible with our numerous schedule changes. They always show up when expected and on time - any changes are communicated in advance and approved. I recommend Higher Level Maids. With the many challenges of the pandemic, I’m glad that I can count on Terry and her staff to keep our house clean!

I have been using higher level maids for the past 3 years for biweekly cleanings. The workers consistently do an excellent job. They are fast, trustworthy and thorough. We have rental properties and we have also used them for deep cleans and move in/out cleanings. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for consistency and fair pricing. Love them!
