Their customer service is awful. On New Years Eve our heat stopped working. We checked our propane tank and the gauge said full. We called Highouse and spoke to Jeff who assured us our tank was completely full although our last delivery was early December. I let him know we have been using our heating system the entire time and the tank should not be full as we usually get a delivery every 3 to 4 weeks in the colder months. He sounded annoyed that I would question him and responded by telling me if he has to send a truck out and we are not empty, that there would be a $150 fee. I asked him if it's possible that the gauge was stuck and we are in fact out of propane and he responded saying in an annoyed way " I told your husband the same thing, the computer states your tank is full and if i

I can't express the gratitude for Highhouse Energy. My wife and I ran out of propane on the worst snow storm in years. Highhouse delivered propane with in an hour of us calling. Can't Thank You all enough for being truly great people. We are blessed with your service today!!!

Who doesn’t love full service? Give the boys workin a dollar, it’ll make their day!🤘🏻Oh and they now have non-ethanol 90 octane fuel now available. They took the 10% ethanol out of the 93 octane making it 90 octane. Great for small engines. Great for high performance engines as well. Bikers come and get it!

This company is phenomenal! I called them on a Sunday to report I had run out of propane and couldn't afford the emergency delivery payment. Even though they don't deliver to my area until Friday, they were in my driveway delivering my propane at 8:30am on Monday morning! Thank you for helping to stay warm and have hot water! All of you are appreciated! 🙏🏼

If you receive liheap assistance they'll treat you like trash. If you're struggling and asking to many questions jeff will hang up on you. I called a different company and they were more than happy to assist in helping me receive funds to heat my home while I struggled.
