Highland Chimney Sweep

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully to my concerns Price was reasonable. Inside of our living room was kept clean during the sweeping process. Also, safely went onto the roof and coated the chimney and crown to prevent spalling.

Courtney from Highland came by and serviced our chimney a few days ago. We found his work to be very thorough and are extremely pleased with the end result - Fireplace is working GREAT! He was very professional in his approach and you could see that he takes a lot of pride and care in his work! Already told him to schedule us for same time next year. Highly recommend!

Installed new wood stove pipes, since the old ones had corroded along with a very difficult new door handle install. They did an excellent job, better than the original install. Really overcame mechanical issues without a fuss. Very nice guys and reasonable pricing I can highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we had a scheduled appt on 12/16- no one came. I reached out to Bernadette on the confirmation text thread I received, no reply. I called and left a message asking them to call me back. No reply. Unfortunately they have been extremely unprofessional and now I need to start again searching for a chimney sweep a few days before Christmas.

Courtney was a great asset in explaining our issues. He solved our immediate problem and is returning for some preventive work. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
