Highland Park Swimming Pool

I’m on the fence with this one. We took a road trip to Meridian on a hot summer day. It was a nice surprise to find a public swimming pool next to one of our destinations. It cost just under $15 for 4 of us to swim. There were 3 lifeguards on duty. One at the desk, and one at each pool. There is a splash pad in the outer area and a kiddie pool next to this pool. There were two women with small kids in the splash pad. They decided that they wanted to swim once they saw us swimming. They stayed in the kiddie pool for a few minutes but then wanted to get in the big pool. I’m not sure of the rules or age limits, but they were allowed to get in the big pool even though the adults accompanying them were not getting in. Fun pool for the kids. Olympic sized. Lifeguards on Duty. Online says open all week but they are only open Monday thru Saturday.

This place looks awesome, but is definitely closed Sundays, despite what Google times say.
