Highlands Window & Screen

Had Highlands Windows and Screen install an insulated aluminum carport cover and most recently had them enclose part of my carport. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Art and his crew were very professional and did the job right. Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

We ordered our windows on 01.2024, they were delivered early 02.2024. They were to be installed 02.12.24, I took off the day to be home for the installers and they never showed up. I called at 4 pm and was told they would be here the next day 02.13.24. The installers came and one screen for one of the windows did not fit properly and the door has a big gap at the bottom. The solar screens that were removed and cost $1000 were not saved as requested. Art said he would check with the installers. To date the solar screens have not been found. The screen for the one window has not arrived and the door still has the big gap at the bottom. We have called Art repeatedly and been told he is coming, and he never shows up. We like our new windows, but the door gap is a big problem that we guess we

I had damage to my pool screen after recent hail storm. Highlands Window and screen was fast at giving me a estimate and doing the repair. The screen looks fantastic!!! I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service! I am in the process of selling my home so the fast repair was amazing and much appreciated! I highly recommend this company for all your window and screen needs!

They never showed up. And i had to call to set up a time. It was today between 8. And 10 am. No show. I wouldnt recommend them. I will find someone else who is dependable
