Super responsive, came out same day. Didn't treat me like 'a girl'. Had a great sense of humor and my dogs liked the technicians (true judges of character). If you're a lady or a new home owner with no HVAC knowledge, work with these guys, they'll treat you fairly and not rip you off.

I requested a diagnostic on my A/C outdoor unit. Got texts back to come the next day, then they rescheduled twice. the gentlemen who came to my home were great but billing was odd. the bill came weeks later, the website double charged me, then they did not issue a refund for the overpayment and told me to dispute through my bank. - hassle.
