Corey from Hill Country Overhead Door was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an amazing job getting our gate operator and over head doors serviced. The service rates were very reasonable compared to some of the other companies we reached out too. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking at getting their gate opertors serviced or installed. Absolutely the best service I have ever received for my gate/gate opener. During the recent freeze, our gate malfunctioned and we couldn’t self repair the issue. Hill Country Overhead Door came out today and found the issue, made the repair, worked with me on programming my keypad, fixed some other items that needed improvement, and charged a fair and reasonable price. The technician was amazing. So friendly and helpful, providing me with information on things I can do to ensure I minimize future issues with my gate. The best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a gate opener repair company!!

Garrett and David texted me their ETA and were prompt. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions and worked efficiently, taking the old door out and installing the new door. They cleaned up after themselves and even lubricated the other garage door before they left. If I needed another garage door repair I would definitely give them a call.

We have had problems with our LiftMaster gate opener since it was installed 2-1/2 years ago, but since we changed to Hill Country Overhead Door we are extremely satisfied. For the last month our gate has been acting up, opening and closing at random, and sometimes not closing. After the winter storm last week, the LiftMaster gate operator completely stopped working, so yesterday I called and set an appointment for today, Mason arrived this morning and immediately started checking out the panel. The batteries were both dead, but the real problem was that the wireless driveway system had water inside that caused the problems. He dug it up and installed a new one that I had previously purchased, He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I’m completely satisfied with the company

The bane of homeowners in the Hill country is often with the upkeep of gates and gate openers. I have used several companies and felt like the service offered was a part-time experiment. Hill country overhead doors was a breath of fresh air. They repaired issues that were needed and gave good advice on items that did not need attention. I certainly recommend them to other property owners… They seem to know their business.
