This company has been easy to work with and has great communication. I reached out early in planning the backyard at my new house. Emmad stayed in touch with me, but wasn’t at all pushy. When I was ready, I compared three different nursery/tree services. Hill Country Tree Co had the best selection, best price and quickest turn around time. Once I agreed to use them, Eduardo met me at a whole sale nursery to look at inventory. You can also choose your trees by photos that they will send you on the day of pick-up. I went in person and tagged trees with Eduardo. He was so knowledgeable and patient. Once tagged, I was put on the schedule (within same week) and Eduardo came to my house with the trees, equipment and mulch. He planted everything. I even got to approve the way each tree was turned

I had a great experience working with Emmad and his team, especially Roland. They sold and installed some beautiful palo verde trees for me, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Both of them were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they really care about what they do. The pricing was fair, their communication was warm and respectful, and they showed great business etiquette throughout. I’m already thinking about the next round of flowers and trees to buy from them. I highly recommend them!!!

The overall experience was super smooth. The contact (Eduardo) was super timely and professional with responses. They sent me pictures of tree options so I didn’t have to travel to them and set up delivery the same day. Roland was extremely efficient in installing my Mexican Sycamore and even watered my tree for me without asking. Top notch service.
