Hillside Floor Covering

When we first encountered this company and team, they were great. They were Responsive, respectful, and completed great work. However, after the work, there was a trim piece that popped up because the adhesive didn’t adhere properly. No problem, I called them to try and get someone out to resolve it. They said they would send someone and then for the next 3 weeks they completely ghosted me, did not show and up after multiple times calling, I finally spoke to the team again. All I wanted was for them to come and fix the trim piece, what I got was “it’s just a small trim piece, you’re telling me you can’t fix it yourself”. Tyson specifically treated me with disrespect and I will not choose this company again.

The experience I had with Hillside was refreshing, easy, and professional. Any time I needed Charlie, he was responsive ad understanding. Jason installed my tile floors in both my bathrooms, he did an amazing job and was also very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to friends and family that are in need of flooring.

We looked into Hillside when shopping for new carpet and though we ended up going with someone closer, everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and friendly, and their price was competitive.

Came across this flooring company when looking at options for my new home. Tyson was super cool and we agreed to have measurements done in my home to be quoted with LVP/carpet options. That measurement was done over 2 weeks ago now and I haven’t heard from anyone there about the quote since, despite being told it would only take a few days. I’ve tried reaching out to see what’s going on twice now and they were unfortunately really rude and acted like I was being unreasonable for thinking the quote wouldn’t take this long. I wish I could’ve moved forward with them but the zero communication kills it for me.

Hillside Floor Covering absolutely exceeded expectations on our new wood and carpet flooring. They offered expert advice on materials, measurements and installation. Their cost estimate was exactly in our budget and work was completed in the time frame they provided. Highly Recommend and definitely stop by before considering another flooring company!!!
