Hilton Head Kitchen & Tile Studio

Our tiny little condo got super-sized attention from the team at HHK&TS! We could not be more pleased with the process and the result. From the design and selection of finishes to the tiniest of details, Travis, Randy, Debbie, Paul and the team were terrific. We needed a kitchen renovation in our rental condo in the Island Club and chose HHK&T for the project. The choices for finishes were abundant, and I appreciated the design help. The price was right; they started on time; they finished early (!); the resort managers were very pleased with their interaction with the team; they solved a couple of structural issues to our delight; they responded quickly and efficiently to minor fixes; and Paul even took additional time to be at the unit for our furniture delivery (not what they signed up

We had a great experience with HHK&T. They took our ideas and updated our bathrooms, kitchen and dry bar into the most beautiful spaces. Debbie, Randy, and Travis communicated so well with us and worked with us as things came up or when we wanted to change some of our designs. Our condo projects are done, but would use them again without question.

Hilton Head Kitchen and Tile did a magnificent job on my laundry remodeling. Randy Lacy and his staff of true professionals were always on time, cleaned up after a day of work and did an a+ job. We r going to do other remodeling in the near future and there is no question who we will call.

This is our 2nd project w/HHK&TS and both went wonderfully thanks to Debbie. For this primary bathrm renovation, she was truly a godsend. Tile stores can be overwhelming w/so many choices of color, texture, patterns, sizes, and prices. Debbie listened to my 'train of thought' and immediately pulled out a beautiful, neutral Terazio floor tile: "Start with one piece and build around it." Then, she pulled a few options for the shower walls & floor, the vanity wall and countertop. Debbie is so talented in working out a compatible selection of colors and patterns that the best combo quickly popped out. I LOVED all that we chose! The shower wall tile looks like grasscloth wallpaper -- very cool -- and calm. The shower floor river rock tile mimicked the Terazio floor tile in shapes and co

Having been in real estate full time for 49 years (RE/MAX), I've worked with and seen many contractors over the years. Hilton Head Kitchen & Tile Studio is fantastic! The whole team of Randy, Debbie, Travis, Donnie, TJ, Jose and many more are all so skillful, careful, efficient, knowledgeable, caring and on time! Living at Tide Pointe with so many owners up and down the hall, they too were so impressed with the crew putting down heavy brown paper every morning so that no drywall or sawdust was on the carpeting in the hallways. They left all picked up every afternoon so even though living in the villa throughout the construction, it really was not a great inconvenience.
