Jason Holland at Rain Tight Roofing is the owner/operator of one of the best businesses we’ve ever worked with, here on Hilton Head Island or anywhere else. Jason is all about detail, precision, respect, doing the job thoroughly, accommodating the customer, courtesy and insuring that absolutely no detail goes unnoticed or unfinished. We had several companies give us estimates for our total re-roofing project. Jason was, absolutely no question, the very best. He noticed problems with our roof and two chimneys that no one else even saw or mentioned. Jason and Lance are great. They replaced my roof in 2016. I thought I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and Lance came over and found and empty bottle in the ceiling which was causing the leak from the HVAC people. They didn’t charge me anything for the visits.

Raintight Roofing did a re-roof job on my parents' home in Hilton Head Plantation. As with any home improvement project, there were some unexpected items that needed attention (skylights and gutters). Jason and his team (Lance) were extremely easy to communicate with, attentive to all of my questions and concerns, and completed the entire job in a very timely manner.

The professionalism and attention to details for the roof, attic fans, and proper venting was unsurpassed. Cleanup was thorough, although during the.process the guys were so vigilant about not creating a huge mess to have to clean up. Friends said I would find nails for weeks after the job was done. I found 2 nails and a few that got washed into the gutter....that was it. I can't recommend Jason, Lance, and their company highly enough.

Fantastic job by this company. Communication was great, and our new roof if done CORRECTLY. We were told we didn’t need a new roof by others but Jason told us we did. We were certainly glad we listened to his experience because we did need a new one once layers were taken off and rot was exposed. Thank you for a quality job!
