Nathan Robert and the JW Roofing team just completed our gorgeous new roof and we couldn’t be happier! Nathan’s professionalism and commitment to excellence are second to none. He was extremely thorough in his communication and clearly set our expectations on the process. He stayed in touch from start to finish and was readily available to answer any question that came up along the way. JW Roofing did a great job replacing our roof this past December. We have had no issues with it since the install. Joey M. was terrific from start to finish and followed up quickly to make sure we had no concerns once complete. He even made sure to tarp/cover any areas missing shingles after the storm himself until the roof could be replaced.

High recommend! Of all estimates, Nathan was the only one to actual get on the roof and inspect it. He was able to ID issues the others missed. His Support team was responsive and of great help. The roofing team was on time and extremely neat. New roof was completed in one day and cleaned up with no nails found after two week. Job well done.

Highly recommended. The owner, Nate, evaluated our roof leak and identified extensive hail damage (that I didn’t even know existed). He was able to work with the insurance company to assure coverage for a new roof. The work was efficient and completed in two days. Clean up was thorough. The new roof looks great. My only minor complaint was with the office staff after the job. They had a difficult time getting billing correct at first. But, after contacting the owner again, that problem was quickly resolved.

JW Roofing is hands down the best at what they do. You can tell from the moment they start. In my experience, most roofing companies are the same—once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. But I can’t say that about JW Roofing. These guys worked tirelessly to remove and replace my roof with care and precision. Josh is personable and welcoming, and I noticed he took the time to make sure no debris was left behind—not even in the flower beds! That kind of attention to detail is rare. What I saw wasn’t just a new roof going up, but a company delivering exactly what they promised. Great people, great work, and a company that truly stands out.
