Elbert Tate is a great HVAC technician! I was really impressed by his dedication to solve our heating system issues. He found the original issue as well as a secondary issue and went above and beyond to fix both. The office personnel were fantastic to work with as well, helping me to save money where I could while getting the service I needed.

Elbert was excellent to work with! He showed up right on time and found out what was wrong with the unit very quickly. Several people from other companies had looked at it and incorrectly diagnosed the issue, but Elbert figured it out! He also made time to talk with me about our warranty company and the best choice for us. He gave me a business card and confirmed my email address so he could send me all the information I needed. He even set up an appointment for someone to go over finances for a new unit with us the same day and made sure it was a time that my husband would be available after work too. It was the best customer service and I was so thankful to find a company that treats their customers with respect. *** I am updating this review because Elbert again helped us tremendously

Very happy with the prompt services. All service techs were super nice. The only issue I had was conflicting appointment times through the scheduling office. All in all- completely satisfied with service and installation.

Had a little bit of a rough start but once we got on the same page it was a seamless experience. Joseph Vanderpool is a very personable and knowledgeable tech, and he got my furnace up and running in no time. Will definitely call for future service.
