We scheduled everything with in less than a week, the first guy that came over to give us the quote was knowledgeable but only stayed for like 3 min. I told him what we wanted to get: replace ceiling fan, remove track lights and replace the switch. We got a quote within 15 min after he left. Seeing that we have a 12' ceiling, I didn't think the quote would be cheap, I was wrong, the quote was very reasonable. We hired Hitek Electrical to replace the old main panel (fused), sub panel, add an EV charger, security camera, and an outdoor outlet to our old San Leandro home (built in 1951). They also were upgrading our service to 200A, so PG&E was involved. Right out of the gate it was a good experience. They have a dedicated office manager that spoke fluent English (along with all of their employees) and was easy to communicate with. We quickly established a date for quotation. On the quote date, Aurelio arrived on time and took note of all of my requests. He was able to accommodate my request of Square D QO panels (Made in USA) and the quote was provided on the same day as the visit. These guys do excellent work. They just replaced an electrical subpanel at our house. They communicated thoroughly so we knew what to expect, did a super clean job, figured out what all the circuits did and labelled them. We are now waiting on PG&E to disconnect utility power so they can replace the main panel. Highly recommend.
