Their employee or subcontractor changed their original price after the job was finished. Then attempted to negotiate the pricing down to convince me to get another key. He should’ve let me know the price was going to be higher when or if he ran into any incidents. Not after and then play victim. Services provided: 1. opening car door (the price was doubled than originally said) 2. Creating another key

Unfortunately, I lost my key fob and had to get a replacement. I called this location for service, and within 30 minutes I was contacted by Mohammad N. I specifically explained that I could not pay over $150 and to CANCEL if the price would be over that amount. Mohammad arrived but didn't have everything needed and said he would come back the next day. I confirmed the price with him AGAIN before he left, which he said $150 - $160. He came back the next day and programed the new fob to my car. He then said the price was $195!!!!!!! He made up some bogus reason for the price jump. He should have told me about the price increase beforehand as I would've canceled. Don't book with this business, they will SCAM you!!!!!

Called to get my car unlocked. Was not quoted a price and then charged a ridiculous amount . When I spoke with customer service, they made no effort to make anything right. They did complete the service and showed up in a timely manner, but there’s nothing affordable about their service as advertised. Very disappointing.

SCAMS-R-US- if you decide to not use their services they will call you back and ask if you still needed the service. THEN they will try to get $30 out of you because “a technician showed up” when I never agreed on a time and technician never actually showed up. They are liars and scammers. This company has been reported to the secretary or state and I recommend NOBODY use this company. They may do good work when someone actually shows up. But if you change your mind and don’t want the service they try to scam you.
