Terrible service. Technicians don't show up when they say they will and also keeps fixing the same issue multiple times and still doesn't work. The technician is also very rude to us when we bring it to his attention. Be aware of this when you purchase Hobart or Baxter or any of the other brands and you will need to use this service company
I want to thank Arron for coming in on his day off (Saturday), and giving me a hands on demonstration on my newly rebuilt slicer. Also, Larry their service tech who did an excellent job. They were able to find parts for my semi-antique slicer and now it's almost brand new (except for the betina, you know, keeping it real)
One of your drivers (license plate UL2B2K) nearly crashed into my car on 22 Sep 16! He/She didn't use a turn signal and cut me off. 😕
Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Do not buy there products so you do not have to deal with them!!!!!!!
Bad service our garbage disposal still broke and some times they fix the same thing over again
