Service people are stupid!!! Came to fix the dish machine at my work and made it worse! Been hand washing dishes for 3 nights now and service guy is clueless to the problem! He actually tried to "sneak" off without talking to management before he left (because he couldn't fix the problem)
I only give them a star at all because they showed up.(at some point)they don't seem knowledgeable in the least.they appear to be an electrician that couldn't cut it.they can never show up and attempt to work on the dish machine without walking around aimlessly and calling someone for assistance/help/guidance and ripping off the panel to read.(for more"help")
No retail sales of common items at Portland location. This would be a terrific service for customers.
