Hobart Service

Not sure I’d recommend this company after watching one of their drivers get nasty with a woman in the drive thru of the Chick Fil A in Oakley that the driver was there to service. Like, you’re here to service a business and can’t treat their customers with respect? For context, he appeared to be parking and she was in the very long drive-thru that wrapped around and she was in his way. It may have been annoying for him, but there was nowhere else for her to go. After they both exchanged angry glances and gestures, he got out of his car and went up to her window to… yell some more?? I don’t know, but as a woman, having a man who was just yelling at me come up to my window made me VERY nervous for her.

They charged me $500 just to schedule a service and told me the funds would not be returned until 7-10 days AFTER I have paid the invoice for service. This is before anyone has even looked at the dishwasher I paid over 5k for and that broke literally 30 days after the measly 1year warranty expired. Also all the local service companies told me they cannot work on it because Hobart will not sell them parts, leaving Hobart as the only company who can fix this. Also it's incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone who can help me. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this company.

Service man was very knowledgeable. I believe he was up front and honest. Good service
