My very recent experience with this flooring company was nothing short of awful. I was given an estimate for the work I needed done. Once I was told the work was completed I paid what was agreed upon in full with the expectation that they would return to complete the last part of job which was minor. When I did a walk through I noticed a handful of items that were either not completed or very poorly done. When I connected with the company they requested that I pick up a few items which I did and then attempted to schedule them back to Finish the final part of the job and repair/complete the first part of the job that was already paid for. The day prior they were scheduled to come back I was told pricing changed and they were only coming to complete the last part if I agreed to paying

Great supplies, best price on wood, wonderful customer service, prompt delivery. I am Always purchasing wood from them. Keep it up!!!

BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE MATERIAL FROM HOBOKEN FLOORS. THEY TOOK PAYMENT FROM MY CC AND ALSO THE HOMEOWNER AND NEVER SAID A WORD. TANIA TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER DID> I SENT THE CC RECEIPT AND THE CANCELLED CHECK. WHAT MORE DO THEY NEED. TANIA WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY.
