Hoff Heating & AC

Honestly, we were about to go with another company, mainly because of the longer parts and labor warranty. But something just didn’t feel right, especially with their absolutely outlandish loan package. We went back to Markus, who had provided us a quote a bit earlier, asked a few more questions, and then applied for a loan from the same lender as the first vendor. The terms came back dramatically better and far more reasonable. Today, the three installers showed up on time and completed the installation with real professionalism, including walking us through all the instructions for operating and maintaining the units. We’re really appreciative of Hoff and their steady, down-to-earth approach throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We had to replace a hot water heater that was part of our geothermal heating/cooling system. The installer (12 years ago) had hooked it up in a unique way. Kevin had to get some unusual joints and connectors in order to replace the old unit. Kevin showed flexibility and expertise and got it all connected. He did a great job. Thanks, Vito Sansone

Semi-annual HVAC equipment inspection as part of a service contract. Blake and his fellow technician both put on footwear covers upon entering my home. They introduced themselves and promptly went to work. Upon completion, Blake explained that testing showed all components of the furnace were functioning up to standards and no repairs were needed. He also mentioned that since the filter had been recently replaced, they just inspected it and found it to be clean. Before departing, they reset the thermostat to the setting they found before the inspection. Bottom line - the Hoff staff were courteous, professional and friendly!

We were having issues with our thermostat and humidifier. They came out the same day, fixed the issue and explained thoroughly. The tech was very professional. We will always use Hoff Heating & AC due to their great customer service!

Tim was great! He went above and beyond when I asked for an additional item when he was inspecting my furnace. I have been so impressed with Hoff Heating that I had them put a new furnace and air conditioner in my son's home and had them service my daughters home. A reliable and professional business to work with.
