Steve (sales) was very helpful and professional. Our furnace had a bad/rusted out firebox and would not heat the air. After basic (unsuccessful) troubleshooting, Steve arranged for his crew to arrive early next morning to do more in-depth checks. It was determined that the best course of action was furnace replacement. I was in need of a new furnace quickly after finding out my 10 year old furnace had a large crack in the heat exchanger. The company that found the crack, quoted me a price I wasn't comfortable with. Got heat! Furnace stopped on a cool MN Saturday morning; I called this neighbor-recommended-business and technician Drew arrived within 10 minutes of my call to evaluate and suggest options and costs. We chose to replace the furnace with a new 2-Stage furnace, and it was installed by Isaiah within 2 hours on Monday. Now 3-zone heat appears to work well throughout the house, and it has been arranged by Hoffman that a MN electrician inspector will arrive shortly. My experience with Hoffman has been nothing but great! Chuck, the technician was very nice and explained everything that he was doing and made the cleaning very smooth. He got my furnace to drain properly and gave some very good advice! I would definitely recommend Hoffman to everyone and will definitely use them again for my next HVAC and air duct cleaning.
