Dustin was very helpful in trouble shooting over the phone! When I called back (after not being able to fix the problem) to schedule a visit, he walked me through a couple of more steps which got my AC running (for now). Dustin came by to give us a quote on our AC replacement, and was extremely helpful. Within a short time, Dustin was able to spot couple of things that were not set up optimally with our AC system and duct work. He also made sure that all of our questions were answered fully. I cannot say enough positive things about Woody's. As a first time home owner, I didn't know how important it was to have a person you trust when having heating and air issues. I first went to a large company, and was quickly told why I needed to spend 5k on a new air conditioner even though the air unit was only 3 years old. I went to Woody's for a second opinion, and couldn't be happier with the level of honesty. He knew immediately what the large company has said, and told me why it was unnecessary for me to get a new unit. Additionally, even if I did require a new unit, his price was significantly lower.
