Hoffman's Exterminating

Raccoons had taken up residence in our attic. Eric baited and set 3 traps. Then returned every day to check if one had been caught. He could see how they shimmied up the downspouts to get in. Finally, a one-way door was installed so that Rocky and his buddies can get out but not back inside. Hoffman's will return to finally seal up the entry point.Very happy with the knowledge and expertise of all involved. Highly recommend.

They initially were responsive and helpful. However, 4 weeks later, and after paying them about $400, we STILL HAVE live mice in our home, several of which have RUN by me and my baby granddaughter in our living room. AND we continue to find NEW droppings and nesting material throughout the house. Most noteworthy, as of yet NO MICE HAVE BEEN CAUGHT in any of the traps they left here, nor have we seen any dead mice anywhere in our house or on our property. I called Hoffman three days ago, after yet another a mouse ran past me, and was told sometimes this happens, should get better, nothing more they can do, etc. So now we've had to purchase additional traps and poison...basically now doing this on our own.

We had a large yellow jackets nest in our attic that we did not notice until the chewed the wallboard in the ceiling until it was paper thin. They sent a technician out within an hour and he was able to spray/dust most of the nest but next morning yellow jackets were flying again. They came a second time and were able to finally put an end to our nightmare. What a great service and response to my problems. Wonderful people.

This is the first time that we have had to call an exterminator and Hoffman's came highly recommended by several friends. Hoffman's lived up to the recommendations and then some. Within a couple days of the treatment, the yellow jackets were no longer a problem! If we need an exterminator again in the future, I will certainly be calling Hoffman's!!

I called Hoffman’s Exterminating after reading all the great reviews and they were able to send a technician the same day. When their technician Christoper arrived and showed him where yellow jackets were entering a gap on the side of my house, he knew exactly what to do. After he sprayed the application in the gap, and then waited to see how it took. Not happy with his first application, he sprayed a few good more times which this time he was happy with and told me in about 24-48 hours I should not see any more activity. I waited 3 days and no bee activity at all, and I was able to seal the gap, to ensure no other yellow jackets try to come back. I highly recommend Hoffman’s Exterminating and will be definitely using them for any future bug problems. Thank you Hoffman’s and thank Christop
