Holiday Pools of West Florida

This is our first pool and we are so happy we chose Holiday Pools to build it for us! Lauren was our sales and she was awesome to work with helping me to choose the perfect tile and pavers. I even got my waterfall I’ve always wanted! The construction crews were always respectful of my property and very polite. Ray was my CM and I communicated any issues I had and he rectified them either immediately or within a reasonable time frame. The process was smooth and easy. The longest was the wait for permits which finally came through at the end of July. Their prices are very reasonable and way below competitors. We've been using their pool service from day one and we enjoy the weekly service and email updates that their tech Amanda sends us after she works on our pool. The price is good and we don't have to worry about any issues.

UPDATE – 11/03/2025 I want to clarify and emphasize that Taylor from sales deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and should not bear any responsibility for the issues with this project. Taylor designed a beautiful pool for us and successfully obtained all permits within the promised three-month timeframe. She’s an excellent communicator—prompt, professional, easy to talk to, and incredibly accommodating. She is truly one of the best sales professionals I’ve worked with. Please do not hold her accountable for delays or issues outside her control. Whenever I reached out, she went above and beyond to assist in areas that were not her responsibility. Holiday Pools from day one was a pleasure to work with. They gave us a timeframe and delivered within that timeframe. The quality of their work was outstanding. Lauren O'Neal in the Sales Dept. was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Her patience was impeccable! We have been extremely happy with our new pool. Also, Dustin Ross in the Maintenance Dept. is fantastic. He is always available and responds quickly if we have any questions, and the pool technicians that maintain our pool every week have also been terrific. Thank you Holiday Pools for making our pool sparkle. We love our technician, Jordan, who shows up every Friday with a smile on his face and keeps our pool in tip top shape. No need to run to the pool store for chemicals every week. Jordan tests the water and keeps everything balanced with whatever is needed each week. Bravo Jordan!!!
