⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this company and wanted to share the full context. Back in November, they came out to troubleshoot my heating system. At that time, they replaced the thermostat and corrected a fuse that was not the proper amperage. The control board had shown a low-Freon fault, but after resetting the system everything was working normally. Fast-forward to January 2026, my heating system went completely down. I called them and they showed up within an hour, which honestly impressed me. After proper diagnosis, they determined the control board itself had failed. They returned the very next day and replaced the board in under 24 hours, at what I felt was a modest and fair cost. Throughout the process they were professional, responsive, and clear in their communication

Holley Heating & Air were great! They came out same day, explained and showed what the problem was. They were even willing to find replacement parts for the unit but it was an older unit and needed to be replaced soon anyway. I appreciated the option. They were able to get the unit in the next day. The service team and install team were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and special thank you to Julio for going over and beyond to ensure the install was done correctly. Have a 2 year old Carrier heat pump that has a factory defect causing all the freon to leak out. Called carrier and they said an Authorized Carrier repair company had to come out and diagnose the problem. Called Holley, guys were nice, on time. Charged me $120 trip charge and then wanted $1660 to repair the copper joint where it was leaking from. Said they can't guarantee the repair and other joints may be leaking as well when they pressure test it. They refused to speak with their Carrier representative to try get Carrier to cover a repair or replacement: "Because they didn't install it". Ridiculous. Update 10/31: Saying you won't deal with Carrier to try to get them to fix this warrantied unit, again, with a factory defect (not due to installation) because you didn't install it i

They were on time and were super nice to service our fireplace that had not been used since we purchased home. Showed us how it worked and make sure it was working properly before leaving!! Great customer service from start to finish!

I’ve been with Holley Hearing & Air for one year after being dissatisfied with a previous company. The difference in service and courtesy is amazing. Logan is the epitome of professionalism.
