Kyle gives a great name to contractors everywhere. -- Picks up the phone and texts promptly. -- Has excellent communication skills and is smart -- Expert level knowledge and skill in garage doors. Did stellar work on my new garage door replacement. Talked clearly and succinctly through options. -- *Did not cut corners.* The opposite in fact, going as far as fixing the prior installer's work. Kyle was prompt, professional and personable. He came out the same day to give me an estimate and called within hours to let me know he could install my new opener the next day. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. Kyle had to clean the tracks as the garage door had not been closed for some time and he made sure the bolts were tightened and the springs were oiled. I called due to a broken spring. Kyle responded to my residence the same day and replaced both springs, as we had discussed. His work was very fast. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly and quietly than it has in years. He also described where and how he had lubricated everything. Highly recommended!
