In a moment of feeling completely defeated by my overgrown backyard, I literally sat down in the middle of the lawn and called Natural Elements. I care very much about customer care and professionalism and my brief call led me to believe that I would find that. When I did the walk-through, the lead talked me off the verge of paving over everything. Ha. Okay, not literally. But he basically said, “We’ve got you.” When I got the quote, I felt a little nauseous. I’m a DIY kind of girl, so writing a big check was way out of my comfort zone. They redid the pond that my husband and son built for me 30 years ago. They did a wonderful job! It is very professionally done and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I am going to have them come back in the spring to work on my flowerbeds.

We had to replace a propane gas tank recently. The gas company’s removal left our backyard a disaster. (I will include a picture of the yard before Natural Elements’ rescue.) Natural Elements designed an aesthetic camouflage around the dome of the new tank, expanded a flower bed we had neglected and converted it to an attractive area for new hydrangeas that they planted, and seeded the large area of the yard left bare by the gas company during removal and replacement of the tank. Natural Elements even hauled away the stumps and debris left behind during excavation of the old tank. We can’t say enough positive things about Natural Elements, the office staff, and especially Shane and his crew who made it happen. A joy to work with. We’re extremely happy with this Natural Elements. They designed our flower beds and continue to maintain them beautifully. The team is professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented. Everything always looks healthy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Highly recommend for both landscape design and ongoing care.

I have used Natural Elements for years now. Originally for a new garden installation, and during the winter for a clean-up. The team always impresses me when the work is complete. Highly recommended!
