Called in about a part needed. They said they could help me out with a universal one, only to tell me that I couldn't buy from them once I got there. No one would even admit to taking a call from me, so I guess it was a ghost. No one said anything about needing a credit account over the phone. Drove there just to waste my time. So I drove to my trusted Johnstones Supply location in Peoria. I don't get why I couldn't just buy from them without a credit account like credit cards and cash aren't just as good. Or why it takes weeks to set up an account like they said. To Unprofessional for my liking. I wish I could give Holt Supply 10 Stars. I went down this morning to go see a Vicki Blaine. My husband and I are interested in remodeling our Master Bathroom. Vicki spent at least two hours with me. So patient and Kind. Very knowledgeable on her stuff for sure. My husband and I Definitely Recommend Holt Supply. Very Happy Customers.

My husband and I went in about a week ago and looked at shower components for two bathrooms we are redoing. Was told that they would get back to us with all that we needed. Haven’t heard a word. So we went to Connor Company in Peoria today and it’s all Ordered.

I had a not so great experience and Andy came right in and worked it out. This meant a lot to me and it says great things about the company and its owners. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got a new kitchen counter, sink, and faucet here. Staff was extremely helpful! :-)
