I wanted to take the time to write this review because of how extremely pleased I am with Holtkamp Flooring. Jessica spent nearly two months assisting me in finding the perfect flooring for my professional building. She ordered so many samples I honestly lost count! She came to my empty space multiple times, patiently laying out options, rearranging them, and standing with me until we found what worked best for the space. Once the decision was made, their team was able to get in and complete my large project incredibly quickly. What truly prompted me to write this review now is what happened three months later. A small section of the commercial carpet began to pop up. I messaged Jessica, and Pat (who was very enjoyable to work with) was here the very next morning and fixed it immediately.

Highly recommend Holtkamps for all of your furniture needs!! Everyone is so nice and pleasant to talk to! I am absolutely over the moon with my couch, truly the best quality!!

From the moment you enter the store to when they finishing helping you with whatever you went in there for, you are always greeted with a smile. No matter how bad their day may be, they always greet you and help you as if they are having a great day. They always have some helpful suggestions to make what you are picking out fit your family chaos.

We bought a customized couch from Holtkamp furniture, and we are very pleased! It has held up strong through animals and toddlers! The staff was wonderful to workout and they really listened to what we were looking for!

We had our new Hunter douglas Blinds installed today, and they look wonderful. And as a bonus, we showed the installer one of our blinds that wasn't working. He repaired it for us Customer service from choosing a product to installation!
