Sears Appliance Repair

Set appointment for kenmore elite oven repair. Prior to appointment, sent Sears the model and serial number and the error code (F10) They sent technician so that $129 diagnostic fee could be collected. Technician said oven was too old and they couldn't get parts. They knew this before he came to appointment. The technician wasn't even there for 10 minutes...biggest scam ever. Its interesting that when I Google the information, it shows parts could be ordered, I just didn't want to fix myself.

Service technician was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the reason he was knowledgeable about the situation was because it’s a common issue with this model of Kenmore refrigerator. The Only remedy now is to fall out the refrigerator for two days.

He checked it out talked to someone on the phone then explained to me they would replace it with a new washer and he was on his way 👍

He is a very nice and professional man. He can come back and fix my washer again anytime. Thank you for your prompt service!!

Customer technician was awesome! Showed up on time, answered all questions and thoroughly addressed the reasons for service. Wish they were all so professional.
