While remodeling a trailer for our customer we had a problem with her furnace. We were informed that this company was the one that installed it and that it was under warranty so we gave them a call. First visit was because the furnace would not stay running. The man came in and at first he was nice said that it was throwing a code he had never seen before so he needed to call his boss. Came back changed out a blown fuse furnace worked for a couple days and then began to act up again. We call back and for an entire day we were unable to contact because it said the number was not in service. When we finally were able to get through we were not given a time that the technician would arrive after multiple times of asking. He showed up sometime the next morning and of course we didn’t have the

Tom worked me into his schedule very quickly. Was very fair on price!! Scheduled a guy to work on a Saturday to get my boiler furnace up and going. Dean was his repairman's name and he did a great job! Up and running and quieter and heating better than it has for years. Thanks Tom and Dean for a great experience!

Outstanding service at a fair price. Tom was easy to get a hold of and very quickly got several a/c unit maintenance checks scheduled and completed for my rental properties. I'll be giving him a call for any future needs.

Woke up to a freezing home Sunday morning. Gave Tom a call and he showed up within 20 minutes!! Had to run back to the shop for a part. Luckily he had what we needed on hand! Showed back up and had warm air blowing in minutes. Beyond happy with the service. Would highly recommend!! Quality service at a fair price!!!
