Service got so much better .the past 6 months.orders being pick faster and costumer service been much better
Scumbags... wanted to charge me $150 processing fee to do a warranty claim on an LG part because I bought the unit from another dealer. Defeats the purpose of being an authorized LG dealer--it's called the cost of doing business! Went to General Plumbing Supply down the street and got it taken care of, no questions asked.
these guys can fabricate anything.
Worst service ever. Waiting over 1 hour in this 90°f weather. Employees just walking by and saying they will attend to us, but nothing. Stil waiting.
Terrible Customer Service, go elsewhere and save yourself the time/frustration.
