Charles at the Roswell location was super helpful. Love the showroom with lots of door selection. Recommend!

Home Center Outlet Roswell has great DIY products. But, beware of the recommended door installers from Total Renovations. I found them to be very unreliable, made excuses for not showing up multiple times including stating family emergency, then broken down vehicle. When they did show up weeks later, the installation job is very poorly done, not professional looking nor properly installed or braced with a very unsightly strip placed over the opening. I am currently in the process of having to redo this $1200 installation. Very disappointed.

I received Amazing and Satisfying Costumer Service from Denia. She was very proactive by finding the right and exact product that I was looking for. She followed up with me the next day to make sure that I understood everything about my purchase and if I needed further assistance. She communicates very clearly and she was eager to go above and beyond customer needs. I highly recommend her if you’re shopping at the Roswell location.

We had a very pleasant experience at HCO shopping for the exterior door and patio panel doors. Phil, Gil, and Tom have been exceptional with their service and providing answers to all our questions. It was great doing business at this facility.
