In September we contracted Home Comfort Heating & Air out of Elk River MN. This is a family business ran by Matt & Cathryn Lessard. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. Matt installed a new Lennox Furnace & Air Conditioner & we love it! Both were very professional, offering their expertise on questions & follow up. All was installed in 1 day! Unfortunately, I had to change my review of this company. Initially, Matt and his team were friendly, timely, and professional during their installation of our gas garage heater. However, when a gas leak occurred after their installation, Matt changed his tune rather quickly. After the leak was discovered and patched, I asked Matt if a permit had ever been pulled for the heater install. I figured if a permit was pulled and the work was inspected, the leak probably would have been found right away. He said no, and that he typically doesn't pull one for my city since they're more expensive and not needed. Surprised, I called the city and state to see if a permit is actually needed to be pulled. As it turns out, anytime a gas line is hooked up, a permit should always be pulled. Matt not gett

When our furnace decided to take a break, I quickly contacted Home Comfort Heating & Air. Cathryn was super helpful and guided me through a few checks. She got us on the schedule asap for Matt to come over and take a look. He arrived on time and was really knowledgeable. He fixed our problem right away! I’m so glad I have this family-owned business to turn to. They’re the best!
