The bathroom went beyond the initial plans due to Anne’s vision and knowledge. Her style is tasteful and has a European flair. Gabby, my contact at the counter, was priceless. She returned every call, shipping updates and her attention to detail steered me toward materials cohesive in design. Robert is knowledgeable on construction and raised details of the remodel. Strongly advise people to stay away from this store to avoid any potential loss, as they lack professionalism, integrity, and respect for their customers. TL;DR: 1. No valid return policy. 2. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 3. Not honoring their own words. 4. Personally attacked and threatened to sue customer because of negative review. Full story: First, there is no valid return policy. They told me the tile was returnable with a restocking fee, but after I took the time and effort to load, drove and drop the tile the next day, they said it wasn’t returnable. They do not respect customers' time and effort. I left a negative review after a month based on this experience, and requested to pick up my dropped-off tile another month later. I highly recommend this business. This place is very popular and yet Robert was very attentive and helpful. He had a sincere interest in helping my husband and me. He was so busy and he made time for us. He was willing to write down in details to communicate with us. He tried various ways to meet our budget for remodeling our shower and toilet. He helped us finding people who could do it for us. What is the best thing about this place. It has a showroom where we can make selections. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Worked with Robert and his team to have new custom cabinets designed and built by Home Expo & Design. Robert was great to work with and he came out to the property to measure personally and then came again to double check everything would fit as designed. The cabinets turned out beautifully and they were done on-time. High-quality materials were used. My contractor said they were the sturdiest cabinets he had ever installed!
