Made an appointment for a home estimate. They were absolutely insistent that me and my wife both be there and be available for 90 min or they would not come. So we moved our entire schedule around. No one showed up and when I called they said someone must have inadvertently cancelled our appointment, no communication nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service!

We just had a roof done by home genius exteriors. We started with Justine at our door setting up an appointment for someone to tell us about the process. The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,. I would highly recommend this company for installing a roof.

Home Genius Exteriors did a remarkable job on our house. Every last detail was taken care of and the job could not have come out any better. Every single item we discussed at contract was taken care of, crew were a bunch of true professionals and we could not be happier that we chose them as our contractor!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Had a great experience with Zach and the team from home Genuis. From the minute they knocked on my door they were professional and comforting. They went over all my options with me and even made a suggestion that would save me money which most companies wouldn’t do. Throughout the roofing process they were professional and reliable. The project manager Zach was always on top of it even when I had a “stupid” question and was able to put my mind at ease. They were so fast and professional. Our roof was done in record time. We had to have another company take off and reinstall the solar panels. Home Genius waited patiently to get paid until after the solar system was reinstalled on our roof to make sure the job was done correctly. A worthwhile experience.
