Bought a shower from Home Outlet that was advertised as a WHOLE kit. We get the kit home, there are no wall panels. After two days of phone calls, they agree that if I drive almost 2 hours back to the store they will replace with panels from another kit… We get there just to be told there was a mix up and panels are sold separately. Since nobody decided to tell us that prior to our travels, they ‘agreed’ to sell us matching ones at a discount. Well who would have thought, we get them home and they aren’t the right color, pattern, or size. They did try to make things right the first time with discounts, but nobody there knows what they are talking about or selling. My favorite request was when they asked me to send a picture of the missing panels.

These guys are always super helpful, respectful and kind. Highly recommend.

You will not find better customer service than this place! Got our new kitchen cabinets here and they are great quality.

I bought some cabinets to use in my bathroom and kitchen now these are just the stock cabinets but I expected that they would be good quality. Already a cabinet drawer in the bathroom and kitchen have broken. My name brand cabinets haven't broken yet and they've been in there much, much longer.
