First time visiting 'Home Outlet'. Pleasantly surprised and amazed with their selection of flooring, free standing tubs, doors, cabinets, etc. Huge facility. No one ever approached me to ask if I needed assistance though.

Ordered countertops on and was told that they will arrive somewhere around 3 weeks. It has now been almost 9 weeks and they have yet to be delivered. Called multiple times and they kept saying it has not been shipped yet but was given a “it should arrive on Friday”. Friday comes around and we call and they said “has not arrived yet, it should come Monday”, again same thing… also the kicker is that if we did not make the effort to call, they would not have communicated any of this to us. Paid over $800, still have no countertops, no communication, and have waited almost 9 weeks. Not pleased.

UPDATE: Screws came out of the peek-a-boo window within 4 months. It was the bottom screws, so it wasn’t apparent immediately. Once we noticed, we were unable to find them. Now we have to look through the window to know who’s at the door. It was a 5 star review. We were pleased with our visit. We went to the home store and found the front door we were looking for and bought it. They helped us load the door into my truck. We were very pleased with the selection, but most impressed with the fact they had the door we were looking for.

Stellar service, great prices. They designed my kitchen cabs and countertop for a rental. Walked me through every step of the process and held my hand. Made some great suggestions to improve the design as well. Surprisingly less costly than HD and Lowe’s with better quality. Can’t wait for the next project!
