Wouldn’t spend one red cent in this place. I’d seriously give it zero stars if I could. Walked in with my fiancé looking at countertops and other kitchen fixtures, not once did the two guys working bothered to greet us. Acted as if we weren’t there, but had all the time in the world to talk politics and tariffs. Another potential of European descent walked in and was happily greeted by the same guys. I’d be wrong if I pulled the race card though. Either way, $7k+ out the door. We won’t be back.

The manage, John, was very helpful with my kitchen design and picking out the cabinets, etc. I can’t say enough good things about him.

My husband and I visited the Webster location today driving a half hour to get there. Got there about 1:00 and although there were two people working no one greeted us or offered assistance. We browsed around and were very pleasantly surprised at the products and selection. We are beginning a redo in a large laundry/mud room including cabinets, floors, sink, faucet and appliances. Finally my husband approached one of the men (they were both just standing around). No help was offered, no suggestions, referral, nothing. The guy blew us off. We had measurements, pictures,etc and could easily have completed, or, at least, started the process. We got the impression we were not supposed to be there (maybe professionals only). The Team at the Empire location are great to work with. Helpful with all designs and ideas. I have ordered many kitchens and purchased a lot of flooring. The products they carry can accommodate all types of projects. Thanks John and the team for all you do!

The prices are just unbeatable here. Not to mention the service is always great! You do have to ask for help though they don't normally come up to you. But they stay with you until you are happy.
