We’ve been very happy with our choice to use Home Paramount. Richard, Jordan, and J.D. have all been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, knowledgable, and they allowed me to ask (and they fully answered) all the questions I could come up with. They were appropriately thorough, and always professional. We were surprised that our pest issue was resolved after the first visit— We didn’t need to call, but they also left their numbers to be contacted at any time between visits. Our needs were certainly met, and their services have exceeded our expectations. They have not only addressed (and resolved) the initial issue we had, they are being proactive with assessments for other concerns as well (all included in current service, not an extra upsell). Would leave zero stars if possible. Where do I start? First I took over an existing account for termite bait stations on another home. Was oversold on adding bait stations to buildings that truly don't need it. My fault- whatever. Decided to have their quarterly spraying to control ants and spiders. Didn't work at all. No change whatsoever. Had better luck with sticky traps and bait stations from Walmart. I canceled that service and was told there was no balance at that time. Each service had always been paid in advance. More than six months later someone calls me with an attitude saying my account is delinquent and they have added fees. I’ve updated this review, and for good reason. Just over a year ago, I contracted with Home Paramount to have the insulation in my crawl space redone. Unfortunately, what was installed was not what I had agreed to. After numerous conversations with the manager at the time, nothing was resolved, and I spent the better part of a year trying to get the issue addressed. Eventually, I learned that Home Paramount had new management in place. The Vice President personally contacted me and came out to my home to inspect the situation. After reviewing what had been installed versus what should have been done, he and JD Williams, the Easton, MD manager, developed a plan to correct the problem properly. My husband and I have been Home Paramount Pest Control customers for the past 15 or more years. Unfortunately, their service level and competency has declined at an alarming rate in the past 2 to 3 years. We have our home and a cabin across the road that Home Paramount serviced quarterly. However, we found that in the past 3 years, even if I called and requested that they come inside to spray or treat for crickets, water bugs or other seasonal pests, they would not show up, not come inside or not have the chemicals on the truck to treat our homes. Consequently, I lost so many days, waiting for Home Paramount trucks that never came. This is difficult considering that I work one full time job and an additional part-time job. Horrible experience! Find a small business who cares about their reputation. My grand parents found snakes in the house so I called and scheduled an appointment for them to inspect and tell us what we need to do. They never came out. I did this 3 times and they never came out. I wanted them to do the work because my grand parents have been client of theirs for almost 6 years, coming out to spray every other month. I had to find someone else to do the work.
