Review based on use for mariners game parking- Great space if you get their hours early and make sure you park on level 1… getting out after a mariners game… dear lord… took an hour to get 2 levels down. If you’d like to park here I would maybe hit the bars for an hour after the game to avoid the cluster. Great because it’s close to the field Terrible because it’s close to the field lol. Great safe parking garage with elevators But this review is specific for mariners game parking!

I love the technology used at this garage. No need to lean awkwardly far out of your window to grab a ticket, or to scan a barcode. After you have a profile created on the app (iPhone), or on the website (Android), just drive up and the gate opens. And to leave, just drive through the exit and you're automatically charged for the exact time you were parked. Super convenient. Garage is clean, well lit, and easy to use. They just need to make an actual app for android.

Drove in, QR code registration system didn't respond so we couldn't register or pay to park. Even tried their backup instructions, but they didn't work either. Tried to leave and the text code posted at the exit didn't raise the gate. So we were stuck until a guy with a key card came by to let us out. What an infuriating experience! Would give zero stars if possible...

Parked here(1st time) for the Mariners game. Paid ahead in the Spot Hero app, for about $53. Put my license plate in the Spot Hero app and when I arrived, the gate opened, just like it said. I had no problems parking or leaving.

Great place to park, but an extremely difficult structure to leave from. The sports parking garages have attendants who keep the flow of traffic moving at exit. This one doesn't. You pay premium with no service at exit. Just be aware. It's chaos to leave.
