The drain valve on our water heater broke off in the middle of the night and flooded our basement. I first called the big name companies and they told me to wait 7 HOURS so they could send technicians out to my house during the day time. I called Carter and he said he could be there with equipment in 1 Hour. He got there in 50 minutes!! He came in and quickly assessed and worked on our disaster until everything was set for drying. He kept us informed on what was happening throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the work and how to best work with the insurance companies as well. He takes the stress off your plate, and was one of the most professional, on-time workers I’ve ever dealt with. I immediately started recommending him to everyone I talked to.
