The lady on the phone was a great listener & made sure everything I said was followed exactly. Steve came out w/ his helper & big ol’ tablet 😂 Took their time, measured everything, pointed out what was wrong w/ the current setup (door too tall, bad fit), and explained why a side mount opener made sense since I’ve got super low clearance. Learned a lot! Jake hit me up after w/ the quote — not gonna lie, it’s pretty pricey, but their knowledge, professionalism, and how they stand behind their work sold me. Our garage door was making a strange noise and finally gave up on us. 😭 We called Magic City and they were out next day for us because our vehicle was trapped inside the garage. Steve was polite and informative. He showed us what the issues where and explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. He was back next day first thing in the am to do the job. Magic City Garage took such good care of us! The customer service was excellent. They did an amazing journey job. Thank you guys!

I’ve been putting off on getting my garage door operator replaced for over a year. I’m usually a DIYer but this was out of my comfort zone. I’ve had bad experiences with people I’ve called to my home for repairs so I kept putting it off until a coworker recommended Magic City to me. I’m so pleased with the speed and courtesy of this company. I called a couple times from the initial scheduling to ask questions and the people I talked to on the phone were very reassuring. Called on a Monday afternoon and in 24 hours my garage door was operable again! The crew were thorough, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and left the space clean. They definitely saved me days of frustration and trying to figure it out on my own and for a reasonable price.
