We worked with Scherr's to customize our IKEA kitchen with white and walnut cabinet fronts and panels. The sales rep (Tanner) was super responsive and helpful, he answered so many emails from me. They also showed us great service at every turn--for example, one of our floating shelves arrived damaged and they shipped another at no cost to us. The quality and experience were both fantastic. We would recommend them to anyone, especially those looking to upgrade IKEA cabinetry!

The Scherrs team brought our vision to life! We were nervous about going the IKEA route with upgraded doors, but they turned out great. We also contracted the Scherrs team to create custom entryway cabinets and they are our favorite part about our house! It took a while for them to be made, so it definitely requires some advance planning, but well worth it! Highly recommend Tanner and his team.

Ultimately very disappointed in the quality and durability of our painted cabinet doors. This is just one of them, but majority of the white doors have visible cracks at the corners and I have no idea how or where theres scratches are coming from, it almost looks like pencil mark, there not indent. I don't have kids and we're haven't been using the kitchen a lot since installing due to being out of town (a lot). Additionally, our first order had multiple production issues, as if saw dust flew under paint, weird Shiney grease marks, cracked and discoloration, and cover up jobs. We were able to get majority replaced as we reported issues upon delivery but not all and im still finding issues from production. We worked with Scherr's to help us with a kitchen remodel in 1890's Philly rowhouse. While we were first hesitant to buy from a vendor so far from our jobsite, Luke worked with us every step of the way. He made himself available to consult on design choices, measurements, product suggestions and delivery coordination. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and the quality of the final product.

Everytime I have called this place, someone has answered the phone, been friendly and helpful. Got walnut veneer doors for my ikea kitchen. They delivered beautiful product that was easy to install. Shipped ahead of when they said they would. And less expensive than most other places I looked at. My contractor didn't look at the plans and mistakenly said Scherr's forgot to send some pieces. Tanner was like "I think we sent them but maybe we made a mistake - I will remake and send" NO charge. NO hassle. Luckily I figured out the mistake before they went through the trouble. Just cannot say enough good things about this company.
