Concerned based on other reviews but pleasantly surprised, overall. I was extremely concerned prior to the tech appointment due to the other reviews. Scheduling: I did as many others have reported have a bit of an issue with the scheduling. I got a text saying they had been trying to reach me even though I never got a call. I emailed as well as called and waited on hold a few times before I made the appointment. They ended up arriving about an hour and a half early (which was ok by me because I was home but not in the agreed arrival window). Service: Again I was concerned they may intentionally damage my tv to void the warranty (due to all the terrible reviews and other stating that), so I recorded the entire visit. If I could give no stars I would. This company should be ashamed of themselves and Samsung should discontinue their working relationship with them. I have had to call Samsung 4 times due to this company texting me stating they have made multiple phone call attempts to connect with me and then within a minute receive a text notification of cancellation of my ticket. I never received calls from them until today. Unfortunately I did not have my phone near me. They made three attempts to call me. Once at 1059 AM and then again at 1059 AM and then again at 1100 AM. At 1100 AM they left a voicemail, first actual voicemail received during the two week attempts of trying to get service arranged for my refrigerator. The technician-Mr. Kim- was extremely professional, polite and prompt. He called and said that he would be here in 40 minutes and he showed up at the exact time. He got to work right away. He tested my clothes washer, and everything is working again. He cleaned up and left. He is a real asset to the company. My clothes washer was a Samsung recall, so the service call was covered by Samsung.

This company, hired by Samsung, called me yesterday at 2:17pm. I returned their call immediately within less than a minute. After 3 messages and 4 representatives, attempting to reach them for a repair visit, I had to write the CEO. It's reprehensible to think such a well-known company can do this to it's consumers. If this is how they handle their hone appliance issues, I will stay away from purchasing another major appliance from Samsung. I must now go through dispute resolution and the dryer is only 3 months old. To all consumers, be aware, if your buying a new Samsung Home Appliance, and it goes bad and needs repairs while still under warranty they might make one attempt to call you and if you miss the call your stuck with a non-functional new home Appliance.

Samsung scheduled my service appt and advised me a tech would be here between 8am and 2pm. The service man called me at 12:55 and said he was 5 min away. He arrived on time and repaired my tv in about 10 minutes. My service tech was great.. and on time!
